Product was amazing
The cover fit great, color was on point, however the customer service was not so much. It was the end of the day, but I felt rushed and not all of my questions were answered. Hope it was just a bad day for the inside sales person.

Great Customer Service
After discussing the color variance depicted in photographs, The color I ordered Cosmos Blue was actually lighter than the photos. Judy(Customer Service) took care of the problem. She issued a RMA and quickly sent out a new cover (Black this time) and included a lock W/O charge for the hassle. This would have been a 4 star rating because of the color shade except for the professionalism Judy demonstrated.

I ordered this tire cover in bright white to match my wife's Wrangled. It arrived promptly, but she wanted a solid ring cover. I contacted Boomco and spoke to a wonderful lady named Judy. I explained the problem and she quickly solved it. She issued me an RAM and went out of her way to ensure my wife and I were satisfied. A great company to deal with. I ordered a tire with the metal band and am awaiting It's arrival. Thank you Judy.
