If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been dirtied, used, torn, or are not in the original condition.

 

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). International Returns
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier: Ensure your return is in original packaging Dear Buyer, We are happy to accept your return. You may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund.Returns In Resalable Condition:

Returns That Are Used, Dirty, And In Unsellable Condition:
If the product shows evidence of use, damage, wear, or soil and is not in resalable condition — we will charge up to a 50% restocking fee (per Amazon policy) as we will no longer be able to sell the product as new.
